1. Kan ek my bestelling terugstuur?

As gevolg van die bederfbare aard van ons produkte, aanvaar ons nie teruggestuurde bestellings op enige vleis of verwante produkte nadat die bestelling afgelewer of versamel is nie.

2. Wat as ek die verkeerde bestelling of beskadigde goedere ontvang?

As jy die verkeerde bestelling of beskadigde produkte ontvang, kontak ons onmiddellik met bewys (bv. foto's). Ons sal die probleem so vinnig as moontlik oplos.

3. Kan ek my produk omruil?

Ons aanvaar nie omruilings nie weens die aard van ons produkte. As daar ‘n probleem is met jou bestelling, kontak ons asseblief so gou as moontlik.

4. Wat as die produk nie beskikbaar is nie?

In die geval dat ‘n produk wat jy bestel het nie beskikbaar is nie, sal ons jou onmiddellik kontak om ‘n vervanging aan te bied of ‘n volledige terugbetaling vir daardie item te maak.

5. Is daar terugbetalings beskikbaar?

Terugbetalings is slegs beskikbaar as daar ‘n probleem met die bestelling is (soos verkeerde items of beskadigde goedere). Terugbetalings sal binne 7 dae verwerk word nadat die probleem bevestig en opgelos is. Let wel, terugbetalings is nie beskikbaar vir bederfbare items nie nadat hulle afgelewer of versamel is.

6. Hoe kanselleer ek my bestelling?

Bestellings kan slegs voordat dit verwerk is gekanselleer word. Sodra die bestelling gepak en gereed is vir aflewering, kan dit nie gekanselleer word nie. Kontak ons asseblief so gou as moontlik as jy jou bestelling wil kanselleer.

 

 

1. Can I return my order?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any meat or related products once the order has been delivered or collected.

2. What if I receive the wrong order or damaged goods?

If you receive the wrong order or products that are damaged, please contact us immediately with proof (e.g., photos). We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

3. Can I exchange my product?

We do not accept exchanges due to the nature of our products. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

4. What if the product is out of stock?

In the event that a product you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to offer you a substitute or provide a full refund for that item.

5. Are refunds available?

Refunds are only available if there is a problem with the order (such as wrong items or damaged goods). Refunds are processed within 7 days after the issue is confirmed and resolved. Please note that refunds are not available for perishable items once they have been delivered or collected.

6. How do I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed. Once an order is packed and ready for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
